I have purchased on two separate occasions now . I first purchased the 1.5 meter Titan coffee table and was so impressed with the quality and it’s not light and flimsy .. it has weight !
I have just received my second purchase 1.4meter Nolan sideboard and it’s so gorgeous!! And again it’s actually real wood and it’s heavy :)
They are beautiful looking pieces.. even better in real life and the photos don’t do them justice ( even though the photos online are lovely).. I’m absolutely over the moon with what I have purchased thus far . They look great and are definitely pieces I will love for quite some time being elegant, yet definitely “ in the now “ look .

I bought an ex display king bed frame from Interior Secrets and upon assembling realized that the dimensions on the website do not match the description due to which my mattress, sheet and quilt keeps moving or coming off.
I immediately contacted Interior Secrets, and was advised that they could not exchange or refund or compensate anything as it is an ex display product. The attitude from day 1 was to neglect my request even to repair or suggest any alternatives.
Being misled by a store is not a nice feeling and their customer service support is unapologetic and won't be helpful at all. This has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I do not recommend them and will not be shopping from Interior Secrets ever again.

Purchased a couch 4 months ago and can’t be happier. The store worker helped us pick a similar couch as the one we wanted was out of stock and even offered to reduce the price of the new one.
I ordered 3 bedside tables online but had difficulty adding a discount voucher so I rang. Spoke to a very friendly sales person who quickly assisted me. Products were delivered within a couple of days and I’m really pleased with the quality. Loved that no assembly was needed.
